DMCA & Content Removal

1. About this policy

MeetAiGirl respects intellectual property rights and the right of every person to control the use of their likeness. This page explains how to request removal of content under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how to request removal of any AI-generated content that resembles a real person.

2. DMCA takedown — copyrighted content

If you believe content on MeetAiGirl infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@meetaigirl.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing — including a direct URL.
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable the allegedly infringing material within 5 business days.

3. Likeness removal — real-person resemblance

Although all MeetAiGirl content is AI-generated and none of it is intentionally derived from any real person, please tell us immediately if you believe a companion image, voice, or video resembles you or a real individual you represent. Email legal@meetaigirl.com with:

• A description of the resemblance (URL of the content + the person it allegedly depicts).
• Your relationship to that person (self, parent/guardian, authorised legal representative).
• A statement under penalty of perjury that consent was not granted and that the depiction is unwelcome.
• Your contact information.

We investigate within 24 hours and, where the claim is substantiated, remove the content within 5 business days. Disputes about whether a resemblance exists may be referred to a neutral arbitrator at the merchant's expense, in line with card-network rules.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notice to dmca@meetaigirl.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

5. Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights or of likeness rights.
