1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetAiGirl (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Complaints Procedure, and DMCA & Content Removal policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use the Service. By using MeetAiGirl, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

3. Service description & AI-generated content disclosure

MeetAiGirl is an adult AI companion platform. All companions, photos, voices, and videos on the Service are AI-generated. No real person is depicted, voiced, or impersonated. AI companions are fictional characters; any resemblance to a real person, living or deceased, is unintentional and coincidental.

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, mental-health, gambling, or otherwise).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

1. Request, prompt for, generate, share, or solicit content depicting or referencing anyone under 18, including age-coded scenarios (schoolgirl, "loli", baby, diaper, etc.).
2. Request or generate non-consensual content (sleeping, unconscious, drugged, hypnotized, or otherwise impaired partners).
3. Request or generate incest or family scenarios (siblings, parents, cousins, step-family).
4. Request or generate violence, snuff, abductions, hate speech, or content promoting harm.
5. Request or generate bestiality / zoophilia or any sexual content involving animals.
6. Request or generate sex scenarios under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
7. Request or generate watersports, urination, or golden-shower content.
8. Request or generate content that simulates illegal activities (drugs, weapons, fraud, plotting harm).
9. Request professional advice — medical, legal, financial, gambling, or otherwise.
10. Request, prompt for, or generate "deepfake" content — i.e. content that depicts or impersonates any real, identifiable person (public figure or private individual), with or without consent. This includes attempts to make AI companions look, sound, or behave like real people (celebrities, influencers, friends, family, etc.). Such requests will be refused, the prompt will be logged, and the account may be suspended or terminated.
11. Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or stalk any real person.
12. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content controls.
13. Scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its AI-generated content without authorisation.

The full prohibited-content list, with enforcement details, is in our Content Policy. Violations result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and where required by law, reporting to authorities.

5. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@meetaigirl.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Credits, payments & refunds

Credits are a virtual currency used within the Service. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform, are non-transferable, and (except as required by applicable consumer-protection law) are non-refundable once consumed. Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners; the available payment methods are listed at checkout. Disputes about charges should first be raised with us at billing@meetaigirl.com before initiating a chargeback.

7. Intellectual property & user content

All Service content, including AI-generated companions, photos, voices, and videos, is the property of INOVAREX s.r.o. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or use Service content commercially without prior written consent.

Copyright takedown requests are handled via our DMCA & Content Removal procedure.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or our Content Policy. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@meetaigirl.com.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INOVAREX s.r.o. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
